The Society offers ribbons for the following:

SPECIAL RULES FOR SHEEP SECTION:

Ages of Sheep – The actual ages of sheep must be computed up to the day of judging. Sheep competing in the 1½ year old classes must not be dropped before 1st March the previous year.

No entry will be accepted unless the number of days’ growth of wool is stated on entry form.

Autumn shorn sheep shall mean sheep shorn after February 1.

All sheep must have been shorn in WA last year.

Ewes to be bred by Exhibitor.

Exhibitors are requested to have sheep in position for judging by 8.30am on Show Day, as judging will commence promptly at 9.00am

Stewards will be in attendance at 7.30am

Individual sheep cannot be entered in more than one class.

In all classes, the judge has the power to change an exhibit to another class, if, in his opinion, it has not been entered in the right class.

Conditions: Pen of 5Ewe Hoggets, not showing more than two permanent teeth. Commercially bred sheep, i.e. stud sheep and AMS depots excluded. Shearing date must be stated.
